Spectators: 7523 (Terracing: 5643, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gabor Helfenstein got the match started through his kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Gabor Helfenstein could shoot a difficult shot in the 3rd minute, which Ulf Jakobsson however easily saved by the left post. In the 12th match minute, Chancy Olympique was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lienhard DeGrasse to maneuver through the defense. Ulf Jakobsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Betz's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Valla Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Betz came free, but Ulf Jakobsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valla Fc's Ulf Jakobsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Betz in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Miguel Betz fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ulf Jakobsson, passed just outside the right post. Gabor Helfenstein's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Ulf Jakobsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ulf Jakobsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Betz's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Leif Lund struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Remo Steingher didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valla Fc. After having played for 34 minutes, Leif Lund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valla Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leif Lund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35th minute, Lienhard DeGrasse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oskar Wallmark in the 37th minute of play forced Chancy Olympique's goalkeeper Remo Steingher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Chancy Olympique getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Henrik Da Silva hit a great ball. Remo Steingher came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Valla Fc's Oskar Wallmark. But to his dismay, Oskar Wallmark quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Miguel Betz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Leif Lund hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After 55 minutes, Gabor Helfenstein made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Valla Fc's Ulf Jakobsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Valla Fc's Valentin Rosendal got a free kick in the 69th minute. If Gabor Helfenstein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Oskar Wallmark came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Valla Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oskar Wallmark couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Chancy Olympique's zone, Leif Lund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remo Steingher came out of the goal and Leif Lund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miguel Betz scored 2-1 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ulf Jakobsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ulf Jakobsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Betz in the 83rd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Gabor Helfenstein notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Valla Fc's Ulf Jakobsson. Ulf Jakobsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ulf Jakobsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Betz in the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Chancy Olympique fans cheered their team off the field, for while Valla Fc had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
