Spectators: 7598 (Terracing: 5700, Seating: 1747, VIP seats: 151) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Armin Piccone made the kick off which started today's match. In the 11thth minute of the game Virgilio Monico who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bar Marconi United's Anselmo Buffone was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alex Castagna hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 15th match minute, Bar Marconi United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armin Piccone to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute, Virgilio Monico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Virgilio Monico's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anselmo Buffone was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Virgilio Monico in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anselmo Buffone saved Bar Marconi United from getting behind. When Águilas Poblanas's Virgilio Monico in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bar Marconi United's goalie prevented a goal. In the 25th minute, Virgilio Monico ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anselmo Buffone was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 29 minutes into the game, Águilas Poblanas's Virgilio Monico nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anselmo Buffone made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After 33 minutes, Virgilio Monico made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Bar Marconi United's Anselmo Buffone tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Leonardo Pes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th minute Virgilio Monico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Buffone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Virgilio Monico had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anselmo Buffone. Bar Marconi United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Virgilio Monico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. After 44 minutes of play, Águilas Poblanas's Virgilio Monico made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anselmo Buffone was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Virgilio Monico to strike the kick off in the second half. Anselmo Buffone came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Águilas Poblanas's Virgilio Monico. But to his dismay, Virgilio Monico quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Anselmo Buffone made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Virgilio Monico sent off a good shot on target. In the 56th match minute, Bar Marconi United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberigo Pomponio to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 58 minutes, Virgilio Monico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Águilas Poblanas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgilio Monico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 61st minute, Alex Castagna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Bar Marconi United's zone, Virgilio Monico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anselmo Buffone came out of the goal and Virgilio Monico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 74th minute, Águilas Poblanas's Virgilio Monico ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Anselmo Buffone. Anselmo Buffone yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. When Águilas Poblanas's Virgilio Monico in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bar Marconi United's goalie prevented a goal. Matias Eder scored 0-10 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anselmo Buffone, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Águilas Poblanas were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after Bar Marconi United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Matias Eder took the corner. Cecilio Maties made a great header on Águilas Poblanas's corner, it was just that Bar Marconi United's Anselmo Buffone managed to reach the ball for a save. Virgilio Monico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Anselmo Buffone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Virgilio Monico in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anselmo Buffone saved Bar Marconi United from getting behind. When the final whistle sounded Águilas Poblanas left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bar Marconi United.
