In the 16th match minute, Quebracho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severiano Iratzeder to maneuver through the defense. Gonzalo Oliverios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Orlondon having to interfere. FMArgentina's Romulo Ursino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Mannuel in the 19th minute of play. Gonzalo Oliverios hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Jacinto Eate took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Romulo Ursino. FMArgentina's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Filiberto Ponc spun around in front of the goal 35 minutes in the game and got away a good shot, but Romulo Ursino grabbed the ball before it went up in top right corner. If Jaime Mannuel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Filiberto Ponc was the one to do the kick off. In the 58thth minute of the game Filiberto Ponc who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FMArgentina's Romulo Ursino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 59th match minute, Quebracho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto Eate to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Osoitz in the 63rd minute of play forced Quebracho FC's goalkeeper Nestor Orlondon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romulo Ursino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severiano Iratzeder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee showed Paulino Oroitz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Romulo Ursino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severiano Iratzeder in the 72nd minute of play. Romulo Ursino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filiberto Ponc, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 84 minutes into the game, Quebracho FC's Severiano Iratzeder nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Romulo Ursino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. When Anastasio Atarrabi fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FMArgentina's protests and gave Anastasio Atarrabi a yellow card for diving instead. Anastasio Atarrabi kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. If Severiano Iratzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
