Seyfi Nadir started the match with the kick off. Dedê Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Veysel Tecelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cido Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Recep Bakırhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 11 minutes of play, Juventudes Libertárias's Diamantino Reis made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Recep Bakırhan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 19th match minute, Juventudes Libertárias was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renatinho Maranhense to maneuver through the defense. When Diamantino Reis fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Juventudes Libertárias's protests and gave Diamantino Reis a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of BATMAN SK booed when Juventudes Libertárias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diamantino Reis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luís Meirelles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Recep Bakırhan having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, BATMAN SK's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Meirelles came free, but Recep Bakırhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ali Atıf Canal kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. A collision led to BATMAN SK getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Hasan Eriş hit a great ball. Cido Oliveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the game, Özdemir Özduru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BATMAN SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juventudes Libertárias the free kick. Özdemir Özduru kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Dedê Trigo made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Seyfi Nadir sent off a good shot on target. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Luís Meirelles made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Veysel Tecelli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BATMAN SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 54th minute of the game. One of Juventudes Libertárias:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of BATMAN SK:s goal. 61 minutes into the game, Luís Meirelles lined in a short shot 1-3 behind a frustrated Recep Bakırhan. BATMAN SK's Seyfi Nadir got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Renatinho Maranhense during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 69 played minutes Juventudes Libertárias got a freekick which was hit by Renatinho Maranhense. After a defensive mix-up in Juventudes Libertárias's zone, Melih Cevdet Ayçetin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dedê Trigo came out of the goal and Melih Cevdet Ayçetin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to BATMAN SK getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Melih Cevdet Ayçetin hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Meirelles in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Recep Bakırhan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cido Oliveira during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 80th minute, Cido Oliveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of BATMAN SK booed when Juventudes Libertárias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renatinho Maranhense didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luizão Sarmento was shown his second yellow card after 89 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Seyfi Nadir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dedê Trigo having to interfere.
