Spectators: 7509 (Terracing: 5632, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) Karl Broadhurst started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 2 played minutes The Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Karl Broadhurst. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karl Broadhurst got free with Niclas Svanberg in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 14 minutes into the match, LA VIOLA's goalkeeper Niclas Svanberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl Broadhurst. When The Tigers's Karl Broadhurst in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LA VIOLA's goalie prevented a goal. The The Tigers fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when The Tigers's Karl Broadhurst looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Karl Broadhurst who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Niclas Svanberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Håkan Dalberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. LA VIOLA were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after The Tigers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Christer Bergström took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Christer Bergström got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Franz Dunlop quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jan-Åke Termander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Franz Dunlop didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jan-Åke Termander went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The supporters of LA VIOLA booed when The Tigers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trey Ramsay didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in The Tigers's zone, Christer Bergström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Franz Dunlop came out of the goal and Christer Bergström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to LA VIOLA getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Kalle Nordgren hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in LA VIOLA's zone, Roger Barton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niclas Svanberg came out of the goal and Roger Barton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Niclas Svanberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl Broadhurst in the 77th minute of the match. A collision led to LA VIOLA getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Kalle Nordgren hit a great ball. After 83 minutes, Shane Townsley mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Tigers and the LA VIOLA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 91 minutes, Zane Jordoan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Tigers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zane Jordoan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Tigers's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
