Camron Fenton kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After having played for 12 minutes, Jan-Åke Termander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-Åke Termander couldn't finish the play. Calum Marsden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 22nd match minute, The Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Barton to maneuver through the defense. Calum Marsden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Niclas Svanberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Karl Broadhurst came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the The Tigers fans jumped to their feet. Franz Dunlop showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Åke Termander in the 31st minute of the match. Niclas Svanberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl Broadhurst in the 38th minute of play. In the 46th minute of the match Roger Barton shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Niclas Svanberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Harry Galle during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee ignored The Tigers's protests and gave Ian Farrell a yellow card for diving instead. Ian Farrell kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Karl Broadhurst made a precise shot to the right of Niclas Svanberg. LA VIOLA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Håkan Dalberg in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Franz Dunlop prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 86th minute Karl Broadhurst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niclas Svanberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, LA VIOLA's goal looked a bit too open when Karl Broadhurst came free, but Niclas Svanberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Georg Dalström during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
