Gugu Ortiz hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. 10 minutes into the match, Hamburg Fighters's goal looked a bit too open when Gugu Ortiz came free, but Nolan Bästlein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hamburg Fighters's Nolan Bästlein played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinaldo Barral in the 34th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reinaldo Barral in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nolan Bästlein saved Hamburg Fighters from getting behind. In the 37th minute Breno Meirelles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nolan Bästlein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nolan Bästlein came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Joinville United - FSCMZ's Reinaldo Barral. But to his dismay, Reinaldo Barral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfredão Moreira during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Joinville United - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Alfredão Moreira hit a great ball. The Hamburg Fighters players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Joinville United - FSCMZ were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Markus Paul Schürhoff made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Hamburg Fighters's zone, Gugu Ortiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nolan Bästlein came out of the goal and Gugu Ortiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reinaldo Barral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Nolan Bästlein made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Afonsinho Munhoz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nolan Bästlein was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Afonsinho Munhoz sped through Hamburg Fighters's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nolan Bästlein. Afonsinho Munhoz kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After having played for 77 minutes, Alfredão Moreira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonsinho Munhoz in the 78th minute of play forced Hamburg Fighters's goalkeeper Nolan Bästlein to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gugu Ortiz came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Joinville United - FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gugu Ortiz couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Hamburg Fighters's Nolan Bästlein got control of the ball when Reinaldo Barral tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Afonsinho Munhoz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nolan Bästlein was relentless in the 85th minute of the game.
