Aquiles Nataniel's late challenge caught a Joinville United - FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aquiles Nataniel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, Afonsinho Munhoz made a precise shot to the right of Silvano Perico. CanarioMza's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Breno Meirelles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, CanarioMza's Florencio Aureo got a free kick in the 15th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Afonsinho Munhoz in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvano Perico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. CanarioMza's Silvano Perico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gugu Ortiz in the 20th minute of play. Afonsinho Munhoz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silvano Perico having to make a save. Afonsinho Munhoz scored 0-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvano Perico, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 29th minute Gugu Ortiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Perico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvano Perico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonsinho Munhoz in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st match minute, Joinville United - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gugu Ortiz to maneuver through the defense. After 33 minutes, Florencio Aureo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CanarioMza and the Joinville United - FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Silvano Perico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gugu Ortiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute, Afonsinho Munhoz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Joinville United - FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Silvano Perico stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reinaldo Barral's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. CanarioMza's Silvano Perico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonsinho Munhoz in the 48th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Afonsinho Munhoz was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Joinville United - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Wilson Amaral hit a great ball. Benjamin Sindo struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Cauan Arce didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CanarioMza. Breno Meirelles who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 71stth minute tested the skills of Silvano Perico when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Joinville United - FSCMZ's Reinaldo Barral got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Silvano Perico came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Joinville United - FSCMZ's Reinaldo Barral. But to his dismay, Reinaldo Barral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. In the 76th minute, Afonsinho Munhoz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, CanarioMza's Silvano Perico got control of the ball when Afonsinho Munhoz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 79 played minutes CanarioMza got a freekick which was hit by Florencio Aureo. In the 80th minute, Gugu Ortiz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silvano Perico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luan de Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Carolo Ipar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Gonzalo Ponce left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CanarioMza fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. Cauan Arce didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adolfo Toro went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-6 was the resulting score. Cauan Arce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonzalo Ponce in the 95th minute of the match. The supporters of Joinville United - FSCMZ booed when CanarioMza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Ipar didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Joinville United - FSCMZ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than CanarioMza throughout the match.
