Ancho Marichkov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Felix Ott made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Metodi Kashov got free with Felix Ott in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 38th minute Kubrat Shehtanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Ott saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Metodi Kashov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kubrat Shehtanov in the 48th minute of play forced FC Triesen's goalkeeper Felix Ott to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Blue avalanche players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Triesen were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Ancho Marichkov made the kick off in the second half. Felix Ott stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ancho Marichkov's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. FC Triesen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blue avalanche the free kick.
