After a rather tough play, FC Triesen's Sandro Schleith got a free kick in the 24th minute. Felix Ott showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benat Trasloseros, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 30 minutes into the game, when Hans Eder put in a rough tackle. In the 31st minute there was a penalty for VERDOLAGA CITY FC. Rocio Camerin was slow to take the kick. During this time VERDOLAGA CITY FC's players had a chance to rest. After 37 minutes of play, VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Rocio Camerin made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. After a defensive mix-up in FC Triesen's zone, Blai Ramos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felix Ott came out of the goal and Blai Ramos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rocio Camerin made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loreto Astonzas in the 58th minute of play forced FC Triesen's goalkeeper Felix Ott to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 58 minutes, Andy Bjorg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Triesen and the VERDOLAGA CITY FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, FC Triesen's Felix Ott got control of the ball when Loreto Astonzas tried to sneak it across the goal line.
