The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniel Mitescu during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 3rd minute, Daniel Mitescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alin Alexe charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alin Alexe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Luck getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Alin Alexe hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the game, FC Luck's Alin Alexe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erik Öberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 20 minutes into the match, IFK Stockholm's goal looked a bit too open when Alin Alexe came free, but Erik Öberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, FC Luck's goal looked a bit too open when Brian Wennerberg came free, but Ciprian Barboni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Brian Wennerberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th minute, Egil Bagge left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IFK Stockholm fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Alin Alexe scored 2-1 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erik Öberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alin Alexe made a kick off. Daniel Mitescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 53 minutes into the match, IFK Stockholm's goal looked a bit too open when Petru Vişoianu came free, but Erik Öberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Egil Bagge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciprian Barboni having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Daniel Mitescu made a precise shot to the right of Erik Öberg. IFK Stockholm's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Egil Bagge took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ciprian Barboni. Ciprian Barboni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. After 78 played minutes IFK Stockholm got a freekick which was hit by Brian Wennerberg. In the 80th minute, Daniel Mitescu made a precise shot to the right of Erik Öberg. IFK Stockholm's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Egil Bagge's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciprian Barboni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute Brian Wennerberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciprian Barboni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Brian Wennerberg made a precise shot to the right of Ciprian Barboni. FC Luck's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. When Brian Wennerberg came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the IFK Stockholm fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brian Wennerberg couldn't finish the play. In the 90th match minute, FC Luck was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nistor Valerian to maneuver through the defense. Brian Wennerberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ciprian Barboni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. IFK Stockholm's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because FC Luck had won, even though IFK Stockholm had held more of the ball.
