The score was now 1-0. In the 7thth minute of the game Jesus Gargollo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Anderlecht Huachipato's Gerard Costa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gerard Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesus Gargollo in the 9th minute of the match. Gerard Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesus Gargollo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eustacio Dinarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 13 minutes into the game, Jesus Abecia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Red Reign's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Anderlecht Huachipato the free kick. After a rather tough play, Red Reign's Jesus Abecia got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 15th minute, Red Reign's Pedro Coz seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Pedro Coz the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Red Reign protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Pedro Coz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 16th minute, Pedro Coz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 20 minutes, Quim Escalante mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Anderlecht Huachipato and the Red Reign players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Red Reign booed when FC Anderlecht Huachipato was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quim Escalante didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Red Reign's Jesus Abecia got a free kick in the 21st minute. FC Anderlecht Huachipato's Gerard Costa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Anderlecht Huachipato from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bohórquez Erauzquin got free with Gerard Costa in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Red Reign were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after FC Anderlecht Huachipato's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Virgilio Mancebo took the corner. The corner ended in Virgilio Mancebo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Anderlecht Huachipato's Gerard Costa did a great save. Javier Barricat might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gerard Costa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Javier Barricat ran back to his position shaking his head. When Bohórquez Erauzquin came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Red Reign fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bohórquez Erauzquin couldn't finish the play. In the 35th minute Nicasio Hodge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Chandivilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Bohórquez Erauzquin came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Red Reign fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bohórquez Erauzquin couldn't finish the play. Virgilio Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Gerard Costa made a huge save. A collision led to FC Anderlecht Huachipato getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Manolo Losada hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Virgilio Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerard Costa having to interfere. 53 minutes into the game, Red Reign's Bohórquez Erauzquin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gerard Costa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. A collision led to FC Anderlecht Huachipato getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Markus Heredia hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jesus Gargollo during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jesus Gargollo kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After 77 played minutes FC Anderlecht Huachipato got a freekick which was hit by Markus Heredia. When Quim Escalante was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 82 minutes had been played. Bohórquez Erauzquin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute, Bohórquez Erauzquin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerard Costa was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 90 minutes into the match, FC Anderlecht Huachipato's goal looked a bit too open when Javier Barricat came free, but Gerard Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Red Reign walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
