Gerard Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Barricat in the 11th minute of the match. Jesus Abecia kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. FC Anderlecht Huachipato's Yoel Quilempan shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 21st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Paulo Chandivilla but with some difficulty. 22 minutes into the match, Nicasio Hodge dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Paulo Chandivilla, 1-0. Gerard Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesus Gargollo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Jesus Gargollo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gerard Costa was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xalvador Teran in the 34th minute of play forced Red Reign's goalkeeper Paulo Chandivilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The wind increased when Xalvador Teran made the kick off in the second half.
