After a rather tough play, Mukifus FSCMZ's Váldson Britto got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Mukifus FSCMZ's zone, Anselmo Liberto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean Romero came out of the goal and Anselmo Liberto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gualterio Baudelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 20th minute Sidney Leite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genaro Handi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute, Cornelio Naike had to leave the field with a concussion. William Sá charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed William Sá the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. William Sá hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. If João Paulo Neiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Mukifus FSCMZ booed when Bancruz F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Gehl didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sidney Leite received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Genaro Handi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Genaro Handi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Paulo Neiva in the 33rd minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Bancruz F.C's goal looked a bit too open when João Paulo Neiva came free, but Genaro Handi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Jean Romero came out of the goal and Gualterio Baudelio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute Anselmo Liberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Paulo Neivas short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Genaro Handi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 82 played minutes Bancruz F.C got a freekick which was hit by Damaso Chinto. The attack was good, but when João Paulo Neiva in the 84th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Raimundo Mannuel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jean Romero having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sidney Leite in the 96th minute of play forced Bancruz F.C's goalkeeper Genaro Handi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Bancruz F.C had won after a very even match.
