During the 60th minute of the match Josué da Mata completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Josué da Mata a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Xurupita FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Josué da Mata hit a great ball. If Isaltino Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xurupita FC's Rony Vargas got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 79th minute, Nestor Lara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 85th minute of the game. One of Xurupita FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of La vecchia signora:s goal. Léo Pires went to the wrong direction when Gabriel Pihlberg was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Despite being the better team, La vecchia signora failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
