After having played for 7 minutes, Anthony Centofanti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luponero FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anthony Centofanti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Angelo Bartolome was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Emanuele Verna capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Emanuele Verna really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The audience was convinced that Arnulfo Panpili's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fedele Silvi was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. When Arnulfo Panpili came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Juventud Antoniana fans jumped to their feet. Angelo Bartolome took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuele Verna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enzo Oriali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Bartolome having to interfere. Arnulfo Panpili's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fedele Silvi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute Delmiro Castel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fedele Silvi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Juventud Antoniana's Arnulfo Panpili nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fedele Silvi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Arnulfo Panpili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Fedele Silvi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Juventud Antoniana defense, Beppe Anastasi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angelo Bartolome. The Juventud Antoniana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angelo Bartolome should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuele Verna in the 52nd minute of play forced Juventud Antoniana's goalkeeper Angelo Bartolome to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Luponero FC's Fedele Silvi got control of the ball when Delmiro Castel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luponero FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Delmiro Castel scored to the left of an out of position Fedele Silvi, making the score, 2-2. In the 67th minute, Beppe Anastasi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelo Bartolome showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beppe Anastasi, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Emanuele Verna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Bartolome having to interfere. Angelo Bartolome didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Enzo Oriali went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Beppe Anastasi during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 80th match minute, Luponero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beppe Anastasi to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Luponero FC booed when Juventud Antoniana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Telesforo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juventud Antoniana's Angelo Bartolome played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Oriali in the 84th minute of play.
