Poli Timisoara's Andreas Pfaff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by François Ahmed in the 12th minute of play. Jochen Frohlich kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. The Adab FC fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Adab FC's Mohamed Mezair looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Leon Benhamou made in the 28th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which François Ahmed however managed to control. François Ahmed kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Adab FC's Nouredine Mimoun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Kannen in the 31st minute of play. In the 35th minute, Chaba Larbi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kai Hellmann struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Nouredine Mimoun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Poli Timisoara. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mohamed Mezair was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohamed Mezair in the 53rd minute of play forced Poli Timisoara's goalkeeper Andreas Pfaff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan-Niclas Ebus took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nouredine Mimoun. When Jochen Frohlich fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Poli Timisoara's protests and gave Jochen Frohlich a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Poli Timisoara getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Jochen Frohlich hit a great ball. In the 75th minute, Jan Kannen made a precise shot to the right of Nouredine Mimoun. Adab FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Mohamed Mezair scored 2-2 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andreas Pfaff, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nouredine Mimoun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Kannen in the 89th minute of play. After 91 minutes, Jan Kannen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Poli Timisoara and the Adab FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jan Kannen hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The Adab FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Poli Timisoara from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
