Boguslaw Wos lost his temper 21 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to Ajax getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Boguslaw Wos hit a great ball. Leonard Rydz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wieslaw Cerocki in the 23rd minute of the match. After 45 played minutes Ajax got a freekick which was hit by Wieslaw Cerocki. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Leonard Rydz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wieslaw Cerocki in the 53rd minute of play. Sylwester Jekot hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. The Ajax fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bogumil Kaczor should have stopped the shot. In the 93rd minute, Wojciech Mietus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bogumil Kaczor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franciszek Majtyka in the 95th minute of play. Myszków SSA's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
