The shot was stopped by João Paulo Corrêa but with some difficulty. When Besim Usbey came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the North Port UTD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Besim Usbey couldn't finish the play. When Wanderson Rosa fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Umbrella Corporation's protests and gave Wanderson Rosa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 31st match minute, Umbrella Corporation was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wanderson Rosa to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Zühtü Eryavuz from long distance, 32 minutes into the match, got João Paulo Corrêa's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 36 played minutes North Port UTD got a freekick which was hit by Besim Usbey. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Birkan Sarik stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arif Ozan Bolat was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jeferson Mazza showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 53 minute of play. Jeferson Mazza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arif Ozan Bolat having to interfere. If Jeferson Mazza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeferson Mazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 68 played minutes North Port UTD got a freekick which was hit by Ruhi Yazır. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonardo Capixaba got free with Arif Ozan Bolat in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Besim Usbey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Douglas Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Arif Ozan Bolat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Umbrella Corporation's Célio Cosme sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arif Ozan Bolat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arif Ozan Bolat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeferson Mazza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Birkan Sarik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The North Port UTD supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Umbrella Corporation's performance. The match ended with a win for Umbrella Corporation.
