A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Robert Palunko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulaş Kural in the 22nd minute of the match. After 24 played minutes ErbaA KartaLı got a freekick which was hit by Timur Sazak. An unexpected shot in the 25th minute by Izidor Benko got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 27 played minutes GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ got a freekick which was hit by Izidor Benko. A hard shot 29 in the game by Rikard Hozjan from a close distance when the talented Halil İbrahim Balatürk managed to make a qualified save. ErbaA KartaLı's players were relieved. In the 31st minute Emin Olgunsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Palunko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulaş Kural in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Robert Palunko saved GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ from getting behind. In the 38th match minute, ErbaA KartaLı was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timur Sazak to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Halil İbrahim Balatürk successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Rikard Hozjan got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 45th match minute, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dejan Filip to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emin Olgunsu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Halil İbrahim Balatürk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Izidor Benko, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Robert Palunko made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Emin Olgunsu sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Dejan Filip got a free kick in the 54th minute. After a defensive mix-up in GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s zone, Yüksel Başol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Palunko came out of the goal and Yüksel Başol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emin Olgunsu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 57thth minute, Robert Palunko skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Izidor Benko hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Robert Palunko was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Ulaş Kural capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ulaş Kural really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. With an all-out effort, ErbaA KartaLı's Robert Palunko threw himself towards the right post 67 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ulaş Kural, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Dejan Filip managed to get in a good position for a shot. GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Dejan Filip was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Halil İbrahim Balatürk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 84thth minute of the game Ulaş Kural who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Robert Palunko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Halil İbrahim Balatürk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dejan Filip, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulaş Kural was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 88th minute. ErbaA KartaLı's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Emin Olgunsu in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Robert Palunko, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Robert Palunko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ulaş Kural's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Izidor Benko in the 96th minute of play forced ErbaA KartaLı's goalkeeper Halil İbrahim Balatürk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
