The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A hard shot 3 in the game by Olaf Bejgier from a close distance when the talented Stefan Boklund managed to make a qualified save. Buksvinens IF's players were relieved. Olaf Bejgier received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Stefan Boklund came out and tried to block the shot, but Olaf Bejgier slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. In the 14th minute Sonny Friberger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanek Prus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tanek Prus came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Buksvinens IF's Lars Nilsson. But to his dismay, Lars Nilsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Walery Purzycki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the GIOVANNI DZIADZIA defense, Niclas Aronsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tanek Prus. The GIOVANNI DZIADZIA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tanek Prus should have stopped the shot. Olaf Bejgier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Boklund having to interfere. Sonny Friberger took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tanek Prus. Tanek Prus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Kazimierz Cwojdak hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After 34 played minutes, Buksvinens IF's Bengt-Arne Fransson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tanek Prus came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Buksvinens IF reached it. Edward Gummeson took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tanek Prus. Tanek Prus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. The supporters of GIOVANNI DZIADZIA booed when Buksvinens IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niclas Aronsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th match minute, GIOVANNI DZIADZIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wincenty Bielatowicz to maneuver through the defense. Tanek Prus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Nilsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Buksvinens IF were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Olaf Bejgier made a kick off. Rune Möllgren took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tanek Prus. Tanek Prus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. In the 58th minute, Buksvinens IF's Lars Nilsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tanek Prus. Tanek Prus yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. 61 minutes into the match, GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's goal looked a bit too open when Sonny Friberger came free, but Tanek Prus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stefan Boklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olaf Bejgier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tanek Prus made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Sonny Friberger sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 2-6 when Olaf Bejgier sped through Buksvinens IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Stefan Boklund. Stefan Boklund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olaf Bejgier's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Walery Purzycki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Boklund having to interfere. Lars Nilsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
