He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zebolla FC reached it. After having played for 16 minutes, Savier Orue managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zebolla FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Savier Orue was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th minute, Rigoberto Ponc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the match, Martin Palermo F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Sayvion Alegria came free, but Teodoro Eladio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Zebolla FC booed when Martin Palermo F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Lizer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Zebolla FC's Rolado Rayon got a free kick in the 24th minute. Zacarias Cotes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guido Orlo in the 24th minute. Zacarias Cotes made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Celso Frutos sent off a good shot on target. In the 39th minute, Severino Loco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Savier Orue recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Zebolla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Perrando came free, but Zacarias Cotes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Orlo in the 44th minute of play forced Zebolla FC's goalkeeper Zacarias Cotes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zebolla FC made a substitution. Eli Miramontes replaced Viviano Presilla. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
