Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Elano Marques kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Philippe-Arnaud Van den Plas in the 7th minute of play forced Zandarin FC's goalkeeper Raphael de Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Philippe-Arnaud Van den Plas hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Raphael de Queiroz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Philippe-Arnaud Van den Plas, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Raphael de Queiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Philippe-Arnaud Van den Plas in the 15th minute of the match. Raphael de Queiroz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richy Van Mellaert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Esquirla FC's Dimitri Huijbreghts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zézinho Azevedo in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rd minute Richy Van Mellaert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raphael de Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Basiel Van de Weijer struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Raphael de Queiroz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esquirla FC. Elano Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raphael de Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philippe-Arnaud Van den Plas in the 43rd minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

If Philippe-Arnaud Van den Plas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the match, Ernani Brito notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Esquirla FC's Dimitri Huijbreghts. Dimitri Huijbreghts was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Elano Marques hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Philippe-Arnaud Van den Plas got free with Raphael de Queiroz in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Ernani Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ernani Brito hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Zézinho Azevedo hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Esquirla FC's Vic de Reyck shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 84th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Raphael de Queiroz but with some difficulty. After 87 played minutes Zandarin FC got a freekick which was hit by Zézinho Azevedo. In the 90th minute of the match, Richy Van Mellaert tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Raphael de Queiroz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Raphael de Queiroz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richy Van Mellaert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew the final whistle, Zandarin FC could leave the field as winners, despite Esquirla FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
