Spectators: 7510 (Terracing: 5633, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Juan Antonio Vives started the match with the kick off. Tanausu Granados showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceferino Restu, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. 7 minutes into the game, Xosé Paz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Torreoncito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esmeralda AFC the free kick. A collision led to Torreoncito getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Xosé Paz hit a great ball. Tanausu Granados made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceferino Restu in the 18th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Torreoncito's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabe Artizar came free, but Tanausu Granados reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esmeralda AFC were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Torreoncito's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. German Isaio took the corner. A nice corner shot did that German Isaio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tanausu Granados quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 24th minute, Aurelio Jacindo made a precise shot to the right of Tanausu Granados. Torreoncito's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. A collision led to Torreoncito getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Donato Arellano hit a great ball. Tanausu Granados showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernabe Artizar in the 33rd minute of the match. Inocencio Luar took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tanausu Granados. Tanausu Granados dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 44th minute, Xosé Paz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benigno Silbestre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bautista Agnese, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

With an all-out effort, Esmeralda AFC's Tanausu Granados threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aurelio Jacindo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Inocencio Luar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tanausu Granados came out and tried to block the shot, but Inocencio Luar slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 60th minute. A collision led to Torreoncito getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Angelillo Parrini hit a great ball. Ceferino Restu scored 0-4 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tanausu Granados, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Esmeralda AFC's Benigno Silbestre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ondino Martin in the 74th minute of play. Xosé Paz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th match minute, Torreoncito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Guerola to maneuver through the defense. Esmeralda AFC's German Isaio shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 89th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Tanausu Granados but with some difficulty. Vicente Beltxe hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded Esmeralda AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Torreoncito.
