After 2 played minutes Stone City got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Duarte. In the 9th minute, Bautista Agnese made a precise shot to the right of Arsenio Aballe. Stone City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 19 minutes into the game, Torreoncito's Andy Demanet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arsenio Aballe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 22nd minute, Stone City's Serafin Calixto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tanausu Granados. Tanausu Granados yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Torreoncito's Tanausu Granados proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Torreoncito from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Stone City getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Luciano Seguinus hit a great ball. Xosé Paz took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arsenio Aballe. Arsenio Aballe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Baldomero Arias charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baldomero Arias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Juan Antonio Vives's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arsenio Aballe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. After 47 minutes, Xosé Paz made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Stone City's Arsenio Aballe tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Juan Antonio Vives to strike the kick off in the second half. Torreoncito's Ondino Martin got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Stone City getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Dalmacio Duardo hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Torreoncito's Bautista Agnese slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arsenio Aballe. That made the score 1-5 after 60 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xosé Paz in the 71st minute of play forced Stone City's goalkeeper Arsenio Aballe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erubiel Claris kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. The long shot by Juan Antonio Vives in the 75th minute really tested Arsenio Aballe's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Sergio Lucian kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 85th minute Bautista Agnese shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Aballe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernesto Guerola hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute of the match Dalmacio Duardo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tanausu Granados skillfully saved the ball. In the 95th minute, Stone City's Dalmacio Duardo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Dalmacio Duardo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Stone City protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Dalmacio Duardo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Stone City! The referee gave Torreoncito a penalty, 96 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Juan Antonio Vives, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Stone City's Arsenio Aballe. 1-6. In the 99th match minute, Stone City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Teofilio to maneuver through the defense. In the 100th minute Bautista Agnese shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Aballe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torreoncito played a much better game than Stone City and deserved their victory. The Stone City players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
