After a rather tough play, A A Arizona's Cido Cordeiro got a free kick in the 34th minute. Ildefonso Gumaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermínio Veloso in the 38th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nilton Seco to make the kick off. Ademir Amaral was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arnoldo Osasun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ademir Amaral read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. In the 95th minute, one of C. A. DEPORTIVO NAHUEL:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for C. A. DEPORTIVO NAHUEL. Ildefonso Gumaro went to the wrong direction when Gonçalo Sampaio was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The A A Arizona players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
