When Xabel Barga fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Diablos Rojos's protests and gave Xabel Barga a yellow card for diving instead. Xabel Barga kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Diablos Rojos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Grant Cornish scored to the left of an out of position Celestino Villamañan, making the score, 3-1. Ollie Clark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Telo Amaya in the 22nd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, TibaDons's goal looked a bit too open when Telo Amaya came free, but Ollie Clark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ollie Clark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cordero Sotomayor, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute, Xaime Guillarte ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ollie Clark was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. After 30 minutes, Cordero Sotomayor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Diablos Rojos and the TibaDons players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Diablos Rojos getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Cordero Sotomayor hit a great ball. When Stu Blewett fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TibaDons's protests and gave Stu Blewett a yellow card for diving instead. In the 35th minute, Stu Blewett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 3-3 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The supporters of TibaDons booed when Diablos Rojos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Su Aceituno didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Luke Cooke came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the TibaDons fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luke Cooke couldn't finish the play. After 59 played minutes TibaDons got a freekick which was hit by Callum Windsor. Teodor Froiz struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Ollie Clark didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Diablos Rojos. After a rather tough play, TibaDons's Reggie Shephard got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute, Cordero Sotomayor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 63 minutes into the match, TibaDons's goal looked a bit too open when Telo Amaya came free, but Ollie Clark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th match minute, TibaDons was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grant Cornish to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to TibaDons getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Reggie Shephard hit a great ball. Frantxizko Serra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ollie Clark made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xabel Barga in the 70th minute. Grant Cornish kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. A collision led to TibaDons getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Reggie Shephard hit a great ball. Celestino Villamañan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rick Postolan in the 78th minute of play. Ollie Clark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cordero Sotomayor in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, TibaDons's Callum Windsor got a free kick in the 96th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
