After 30 played minutes A A Arizona got a freekick which was hit by Tarcisio Terra. Krzysztof Gdowik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ademir Amaral didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Krzysztof Gdowik went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to A A Arizona getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Nilton Seco hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When Hieronim Marchlewicz came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Sielce Warszawa fans jumped to their feet. Nilton Seco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A very good chance for a goal. 66 minutes into the match, Szczepan Soroka had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ademir Amaral. A A Arizona's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Szczepan Soroka was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. A collision led to A A Arizona getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Simão Sena hit a great ball. After 75 played minutes Sielce Warszawa got a freekick which was hit by Krzysztof Gdowik. In the 78th minute, Szczepan Soroka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hélio de Mendonça charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hélio de Mendonça the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sielce Warszawa would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
