Camilo Mondragón took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgílio Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ricardo-Enrique Bochini to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Werneck FC - DMZ booed when Black Devils was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo-Enrique Bochini didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 57 played minutes Black Devils got a freekick which was hit by Abel Jerico. Black Devils's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Caco Corrêa scored to the left of an out of position Camilo Mondragón, making the score, 0-10. Werneck FC - DMZ's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
