In the 8th match minute, Oakcroft Thrashers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Berg to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Oakcroft Thrashers's zone, Stuart Toulson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rickard Wennerström came out of the goal and Stuart Toulson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Oakcroft Thrashers's Andreas Haglund got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 15th minute of the match Hayden Merris sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rickard Wennerström skillfully saved the ball. Rickard Wennerström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominic Piercy, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Dominic Piercy received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rickard Wennerström came out and tried to block the shot, but Dominic Piercy slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 17th minute. In the 25th minute Dominic Piercy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rickard Wennerström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 27 minutes, Sebastian Eriksson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oakcroft Thrashers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Eriksson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andreas Haglund's late challenge caught a FC KAKAROTTO DYNÓW's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andreas Haglund helped the player get up and apologised. In the 30th minute, Stuart Toulson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 34 minutes, Stuart Toulson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC KAKAROTTO DYNÓW's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stuart Toulson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 37 minutes into the game, Dominic Piercy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Rickard Wennerström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dominic Piercy got free with Rickard Wennerström in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Oakcroft Thrashers defense, Dominic Piercy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rickard Wennerström. The Oakcroft Thrashers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rickard Wennerström should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jan-Erik Askberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rickard Wennerström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dominic Piercy in the 57th minute of play. Timmy Åman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vince Lambley having to make a save. Vince Lambley was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Tage Tidén capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tage Tidén really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. 74 minutes into the match, FC KAKAROTTO DYNÓW's goal looked a bit too open when Tage Tidén came free, but Vince Lambley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tage Tidén in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vince Lambley prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 74th play minutes Tage Tidén shot 3-3, a short shot which went by Vince Lambley and just under the crossbar into goal. Tage Tidén struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Vince Lambley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oakcroft Thrashers. After 85 played minutes FC KAKAROTTO DYNÓW got a freekick which was hit by Calvin Rocastle. Vince Lambley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timmy Åman in the 85th minute of the match. Rickard Wennerström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dominic Piercy in the 90th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute of the match, Jan-Erik Askberg got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vince Lambley was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 95 minutes into the match, Oakcroft Thrashers's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Beck came free, but Rickard Wennerström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ashley Byrne took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rickard Wennerström. Rickard Wennerström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC KAKAROTTO DYNÓW had played much better football throughout.
