Douglas Abraão's late challenge caught a XV de Piracicaba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nuno Leão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kléber Diniz in the 9th minute of the match. After 11 played minutes, DALLAS CLUB - FGMZ's Luís Fabiano Hoffmann shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nuno Leão came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in DALLAS CLUB - FGMZ reached it. In the 14th match minute, XV de Piracicaba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudinho Ramalho to maneuver through the defense. After 15 played minutes, DALLAS CLUB - FGMZ's Luís Fabiano Hoffmann shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nuno Leão came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. The supporters of XV de Piracicaba booed when DALLAS CLUB - FGMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 19 played minutes DALLAS CLUB - FGMZ got a freekick which was hit by Kléber Diniz. Enéas Brodel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, DALLAS CLUB - FGMZ's Enrique Fonseca got a free kick in the 26th minute. If João Augusto de Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Enéas Brodel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nelsinho Munhoz. The goal made the score 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Abraão in the 32nd minute of play forced XV de Piracicaba's goalkeeper Nuno Leão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Enéas Brodel came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the XV de Piracicaba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enéas Brodel couldn't finish the play. 39 minutes into the match, DALLAS CLUB - FGMZ's goal looked a bit too open when João Augusto de Amaral came free, but Nelsinho Munhoz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Beto Meireles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nelsinho Munhoz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enéas Brodel, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Enéas Brodel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nelsinho Munhoz having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Douglas Abraão to make the kick off. After 56 played minutes XV de Piracicaba got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Teixeira. Nelsinho Munhoz came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by XV de Piracicaba's João Augusto de Amaral. But to his dismay, João Augusto de Amaral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Douglas Abraão got his second yellow card in the match during the 62nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 63rd minute, Douglas Abraão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Enéas Brodel came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the XV de Piracicaba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enéas Brodel couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, XV de Piracicaba's Ruy Gerber got a free kick in the 66th minute. Nelsinho Munhoz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enéas Brodel in the 73rd minute of the match. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the game, Enéas Brodel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Nelsinho Munhoz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Pedrão Borges came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the XV de Piracicaba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedrão Borges couldn't finish the play. A collision led to DALLAS CLUB - FGMZ getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Beto Meireles hit a great ball. DALLAS CLUB - FGMZ's Nelsinho Munhoz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Augusto de Amaral in the 92nd minute of play. XV de Piracicaba walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
