Spectators: 7464 (Terracing: 5599, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) Waldemar Siwek started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute João Augusto de Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobiasz Debkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pogoń Staszów's Wawrzyniec Borkowski got a free kick in the 6th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Pogoń Staszów's goal looked a bit too open when Gualter Maranhense came free, but Tobiasz Debkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st match minute, Pogoń Staszów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wawrzyniec Borkowski to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute, Waldemar Siwek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nuno Leão was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Tobiasz Debkowski came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by XV de Piracicaba's João Augusto de Amaral. But to his dismay, João Augusto de Amaral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 33rd match minute, XV de Piracicaba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chicão Marques to maneuver through the defense. Gualter Maranhense took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tobiasz Debkowski. Tobiasz Debkowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Pogoń Staszów's Tobiasz Debkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enéas Brodel in the 43rd minute of play. After 46 played minutes Pogoń Staszów got a freekick which was hit by Wieslaw Rutkowski. In the 48th match minute, XV de Piracicaba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualter Maranhense to maneuver through the defense. The Pogoń Staszów players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. XV de Piracicaba were winning 1-4.

The wind increased when Enéas Brodel made the kick off in the second half. Tobiasz Debkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enéas Brodel in the 52nd minute of play. Zachary Majorski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nuno Leão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wawrzyniec Borkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, XV de Piracicaba's Gualter Maranhense dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cafu Ferreira got free with Tobiasz Debkowski in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 69 played minutes Pogoń Staszów got a freekick which was hit by Czeslaw Filipkowski. Cafu Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobiasz Debkowski having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Enéas Brodel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobiasz Debkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomasz Gotfryd kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Cafu Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tobiasz Debkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enéas Brodel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Amílton Coelho came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the XV de Piracicaba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amílton Coelho couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. XV de Piracicaba had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
