Pastor Eriz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sergiu Oneț in the 4th minute. Marcos Llope's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marian Novăceanu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. With a little luck, Liberland's Pastor Eriz got control of the ball when Sergiu Oneț tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sergiu Oneț did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Pastor Eriz 12 minutes into the match. Marian Novăceanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Llope, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Ruscova's Marian Novăceanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Llope in the 20th minute of play. With an all-out effort, FC Ruscova's Pastor Eriz threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Iosif Filipoiu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 25th minute, Pastor Micael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Liberland's Pastor Eriz got control of the ball when Sergiu Oneț tried to sneak it across the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Gică Izvoranu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Ruscova's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Liberland the free kick. In the 33rd minute, Gică Izvoranu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 35 minutes, Sergiu Oneț made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Liberland's Pastor Eriz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Marian Novăceanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Llope, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute, Eusebiu Enciulescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Liberland getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Pastor Micael hit a great ball. A hard shot by Maxim Hâjdău from long distance, 47 minutes into the match, got Pastor Eriz's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roman Seguinus to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 61st minute Sergiu Oneț shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Eriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Liberland booed when FC Ruscova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marian Rada didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marian Rada in the 73rd minute of play forced Liberland's goalkeeper Pastor Eriz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Eulalio Diagur managed to get in a good position for a shot. Liberland's supporters rose to their feet, but Eulalio Diagur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marian Novăceanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gică Izvoranu in the 77th minute of play forced Liberland's goalkeeper Pastor Eriz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Gică Izvoranu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pastor Eriz. Liberland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gică Izvoranu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 88th minute Sergiu Oneț shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Eriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrei Grozăvescu kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Pastor Eriz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sergiu Oneț's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Ruscova had won after a very even match.
