A collision led to Rossobianco getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Gualterio Rafel hit a great ball. Wágner Brodel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ubaldo Cordeal came out and tried to block the shot, but Wágner Brodel slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 26th minute. In the 40th minute, Christian Viana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabricio Matxin struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Pedro Luiz da Cunha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rossobianco. In the 43rd match minute, Danone CC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kiko Moraes to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Luiz da Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edelmiro Hartz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chico de Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edelmiro Hartz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rossobianco's Ubaldo Cordeal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wágner Brodel in the 79th minute of play.
