Spectators: 7507 (Terracing: 5631, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ulf Holm kicked off to start the match. After 6 played minutes FC NILS got a freekick which was hit by Greger Hedlund. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Vesterberg in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leo Carlsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 12 minutes, Daniel Vesterberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC NILS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Vesterberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 17 minutes into the game, Leif Ahlkvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Leo Carlsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Erik Källberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Klas Åberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Leo Carlsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Vesterberg in the 28th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Daniel Vesterberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leo Carlsson. Youth Academy Of Rhye's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Vesterberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.

A collision led to Youth Academy Of Rhye getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Erik Källberg hit a great ball. A hard shot by Evert Ahlerot from long distance, 54 minutes into the match, got Leo Carlsson's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 58 played minutes FC NILS got a freekick which was hit by Henrik Gallin. After a rather tough play, FC NILS's Nils-Eric Johansson got a free kick in the 59th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC NILS's zone, Erik Källberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Klas Åberg came out of the goal and Erik Källberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Vesterberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 62nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Leo Carlsson could save by the left post. After 63 played minutes Youth Academy Of Rhye got a freekick which was hit by Viktor Kjellberg. Leo Carlsson acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 63rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Max Skröder. In the 70th minute, Ulf Holm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Youth Academy Of Rhye fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. FC NILS made a substitution. Thomas Näver replaced Josef Stenqvist.
