Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Thorbjørn Engsholm got the match started through his kick off. With a little luck, Saco FC's Jannich Brolyng got control of the ball when Pedro Maraman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Jannich Brolyng successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 8th minute, Siegmund Milow left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saco FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Thorbjørn Engsholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute, Wolfgang Bartolini left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saco FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 23 minutes into the match, Saco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomiro Gamus came free, but Jannich Brolyng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Candido Millan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wolfgang Bartolini in the 25th minute of the match. Anibal Fernendo charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anibal Fernendo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Saco FC booed when Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anibal Fernendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 27 minutes into the game, Thorbjørn Engsholm cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Candido Millan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 30thth minute of the game Thorbjørn Engsholm who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palermo's Candido Millan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Wolfgang Bartolini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Palermo defense, Siegmund Milow kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Candido Millan. The Palermo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Candido Millan should have stopped the shot. In the 42nd minute, Palermo's Anibal Fernendo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedro Maraman to make the kick off. Palermo's Candido Millan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wolfgang Bartolini in the 52nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Thorbjørn Engsholm took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Candido Millan to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Palermo booed when Saco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Hurvig didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 64 played minutes Saco FC got a freekick which was hit by Pierre Gurstov. Jannich Brolyng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Maraman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Saco FC's Siegmund Milow got a free kick in the 69th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pedro Maraman during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Palermo getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Pedro Maraman hit a great ball. Siegmund Milow who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Candido Millan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Saco FC's Wolfgang Bartolini got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Siegmund Milow kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. A collision led to Palermo getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Anibal Fernendo hit a great ball. Anibal Fernendo got his second yellow card in the match during the 89th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Saco FC booed when Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anibal Fernendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jannich Brolyng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Urtungo in the 92nd minute of play. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Saco FC's goalkeeper Jannich Brolyng, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jannich Brolyng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Gamus in the 96th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Saco FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
