Spectators: 7651 (Terracing: 5740, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 152) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Melquiades Paz kicked off to start the match. La Vuelta del Malon made a substitution. Teofilo Tomi replaced Facu Pession. Jonathan Errapel had in the 5thth minute some difficulties stopping Jaime Bembe's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Quilmes's Jonathan Errapel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Eliu in the 13th minute of play. La Vuelta del Malon's Fulgencio Aznar got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Quilmes's zone, Teofilo Tomi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Errapel came out of the goal and Teofilo Tomi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teobaldo Baraquiel hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After having played for 24 minutes, Teobaldo Baraquiel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quilmes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teobaldo Baraquiel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Quilmes's Jonathan Errapel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Bembe in the 25th minute of play. After having played for 27 minutes, Teobaldo Baraquiel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quilmes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teobaldo Baraquiel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 29th match minute, Quilmes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomiro Ariando to maneuver through the defense. If Fulgencio Aznar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teobaldo Baraquiel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Quilmes defense, Desiderio Eliu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Errapel. The Quilmes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Errapel should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, La Vuelta del Malon's Ignacio Pession got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Jonathan Errapel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulgencio Aznar in the 45th minute of play. After 46 played minutes La Vuelta del Malon got a freekick which was hit by Lino Isauro. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fulgencio Aznar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With his leg Jonathan Errapel managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when La Vuelta del Malon's Fulgencio Aznar fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jonathan Errapel came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by La Vuelta del Malon's Fulgencio Aznar. But to his dismay, Fulgencio Aznar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 64th minute Melquiades Paz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Seme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 played minutes La Vuelta del Malon got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Pession. After 68 minutes of play, Quilmes's Melquiades Paz made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ubaldo Seme was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Melquiades Paz in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ubaldo Seme saved La Vuelta del Malon from getting behind. Quilmes's Flavio Lucila got his second yellow card of the match in the 73rd minute. The referee ordered Flavio Lucila off the ground. In the 73rd minute, Flavio Lucila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 1-3 became the score in the 75th minute when Teofilo Tomi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 79th match minute, La Vuelta del Malon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Isauro to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in La Vuelta del Malon's zone, David Peli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ubaldo Seme came out of the goal and David Peli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baldomiro Ariando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubaldo Seme having to interfere. Quilmes's Arnoldo Lixandro got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Errapel was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Fulgencio Aznar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fulgencio Aznar really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. The La Vuelta del Malon players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
