The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cecilio Garci showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 4 minutes into the game, Gernando Breckenfeld was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leon Platense the free kick. After 4 played minutes ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽ got a freekick which was hit by Gernando Breckenfeld. ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽'s Doni Meirelles proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽ from getting a goal against them. Carlinhos Macedo's late challenge caught a Leon Platense's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. MOC ⚽'s Claudinho Munhoz got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 14th minute of the match ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽ got a corner. Leon Platense's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carlinhos Macedo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mateo Aznaro charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mateo Aznaro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Leon Platense's Cecilio Garci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benê Diniz in the 22nd minute of play. Leon Platense's Marco Umbruso got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 37 minutes of play, ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽'s Danilo Alagoano made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cecilio Garci was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 41st match minute, Leon Platense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Barto to maneuver through the defense. 48 minutes into the match, Claudinho Munhoz notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Leon Platense's Cecilio Garci. Cecilio Garci was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mateo Aznaro made a kick off. Wanderson Tande lost his temper 57 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 57th minute of the game. One of ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Leon Platense:s goal. In the 59th minute there was a penalty for Leon Platense. Santiago Raymon stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Doni Meirelles. 1-3. Doni Meirelles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Umbruso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Umbruso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doni Meirelles having to interfere. 92 minutes into the game, Mateo Aznaro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Doni Meirelles was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 95th match minute, ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Luís Meirelles to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
