River CBBA's supporters rose to their feet, but Casomiro Abeijon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maciej Szczęsny breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lore Abajas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Rzeszutek in the 19th minute of play. After 21 played minutes River CBBA got a freekick which was hit by Juanpi Sorin. Emil Rzeszuteks short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Lore Abajas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Teobaldo Abello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maciej Szczęsny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobaldo Abello, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Abel in the 29th minute of play forced Radomiak Radom's goalkeeper Maciej Szczęsny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Radomiak Radom defense, Guillermo Abaurre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maciej Szczęsny. After 51 played minutes River CBBA got a freekick which was hit by Sotero Abeita. Maciej Szczęsny was a little too slow when Teobaldo Abello got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 0-4. 60 minutes into the match, Radomiak Radom's goal looked a bit too open when Teobaldo Abello came free, but Maciej Szczęsny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Emil Rzeszutek fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Radomiak Radom's protests and gave Emil Rzeszutek a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of River CBBA booed when Radomiak Radom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Rzeszutek didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute of the match Sotero Abeita sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maciej Szczęsny skillfully saved the ball.
