The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Zielonka Gdansk booed when SK Dreigoten was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Loui De Wulf didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th match minute, SK Dreigoten was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henri Van Houtvinc to maneuver through the defense. After 13 minutes of play, Zielonka Gdansk's Igor Plucinik made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicolaas De Cat was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jakub Ankiewicz charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jakub Ankiewicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jakub Ankiewicz hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. SK Dreigoten:s Nicolaas De Cat showed great skill when he stopped Gwidon Zima:s penalty. The supporters of SK Dreigoten booed when Zielonka Gdansk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiktor Jazowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the match, SK Dreigoten's Christof Vissenakens broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Tolek Makarewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henri Van Houtvinc, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 25 minutes into the game, Wiktor Jazowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zielonka Gdansk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SK Dreigoten the free kick. A collision led to Zielonka Gdansk getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Wiktor Jazowski hit a great ball. In the 26th minute of the match Christof Vissenakens shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tolek Makarewicz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nicolaas De Cat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwidon Zima in the 35th minute of play. The supporters of Zielonka Gdansk booed when SK Dreigoten was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henri Van Houtvinc didn't get a good kick on the ball. Douglas Cortens received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tolek Makarewicz came out and tried to block the shot, but Douglas Cortens slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 42nd minute. Nicolaas De Cat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmund Komornicki in the 48th minute of play. The SK Dreigoten players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zielonka Gdansk were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmund Komornicki was the one to do the kick off. Nicolaas De Cat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmund Komornicki, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After having played for 55 minutes, Edmund Komornicki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zielonka Gdansk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmund Komornicki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 57th minute, Mikolaj Zacharek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Zielonka Gdansk fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Zielonka Gdansk's Aleksander Hajduk looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 66 minutes into the game, Henri Van Houtvinc was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SK Dreigoten's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zielonka Gdansk the free kick. 69 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Zielonka Gdansk's Aleksander Hajduk fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Mikolaj Zacharek took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Nicolaas De Cat to make any attempt to save it. After 91 played minutes SK Dreigoten got a freekick which was hit by Ludwig Swin. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Aleksander Hajduk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zielonka Gdansk's supporters rose to their feet, but Aleksander Hajduk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicolaas De Cat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th match minute, Zielonka Gdansk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witalis Nowacki to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Zielonka Gdansk left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SK Dreigoten.
