Spectators: 7458 (Terracing: 5594, Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 149) Ciccio Ruggieri started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Mali i Thatë FC's Jakub Myftiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demetrio Martini in the 7th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Ciccio Ruggieri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kroton F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ciccio Ruggieri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jakub Myftiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 13 minutes, Indrit Surroi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mali i Thatë FC and the Kroton F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Indrit Surroi kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Jakub Myftiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciccio Ruggieri in the 15th minute of play. After 18 played minutes Kroton F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Granato. Armando Grande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Indrit Surroi in the 20th minute of play. Corrado Ascani kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. If Bertian Palla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 1-0 became the score in the 27th minute when Ciccio Ruggieri elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ciccio Ruggieri in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jakub Myftiu saved Mali i Thatë FC from getting behind. Ciccio Ruggieri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Janku in the 42nd minute of play forced Kroton F.C.'s goalkeeper Armando Grande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando Grande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sokol Zhiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 45 in the game by Ciccio Ruggieri from a close distance when the talented Jakub Myftiu managed to make a qualified save. Mali i Thatë FC's players were relieved. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bertian Palla to strike the kick off in the second half. Dave Lemma charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dave Lemma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 56 played minutes Kroton F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Dave Lemma. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciccio Ruggieri in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jakub Myftiu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Armando Grande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertian Palla in the 81st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Mali i Thatë FC defense, Carmine Ramoser kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jakub Myftiu. The Mali i Thatë FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jakub Myftiu should have stopped the shot. If Carmine Ramoser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Demetrio Martini in the 89th minute of play forced Mali i Thatë FC's goalkeeper Jakub Myftiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando Grande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertian Palla in the 93rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Kroton F.C.'s Corrado Ascani got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Kroton F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
