Roland Neys hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Werner Patton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Loui De Wulf fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SK Dreigoten's protests and gave Loui De Wulf a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SK Dreigoten getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Loui De Wulf hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Cascade Park West defense, Loui De Wulf kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucas McKinnon. The Cascade Park West fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucas McKinnon should have stopped the shot. In the 18th minute Henri Van Houtvinc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas McKinnon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas McKinnon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henri Van Houtvinc in the 20th minute of the match. When SK Dreigoten's Henri Van Houtvinc, in the 21st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for SK Dreigoten. In the 27th minute, Trevor Schumacher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 32 minutes into the match, Cascade Park West's goalkeeper Lucas McKinnon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Loui De Wulf. Nicolaas De Cat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Ludwig Swin hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Loui De Wulf was the one to do the kick off. Lucas McKinnon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loui De Wulf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the match, Cascade Park West's goal looked a bit too open when Henri Van Houtvinc came free, but Lucas McKinnon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, SK Dreigoten's Roland Neys got a free kick in the 70th minute. Cascade Park West's Werner Patton got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 74th minute, Loui De Wulf made a precise shot to the right of Lucas McKinnon. Cascade Park West's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 77th minute, Wiley Redd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicolaas De Cat came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Cascade Park West's Werner Patton. But to his dismay, Werner Patton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 84 minutes into the match, Cascade Park West's Werner Patton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicolaas De Cat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. SK Dreigoten's Nicolaas De Cat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiley Redd in the 88th minute of play. Wiley Redd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolaas De Cat having to interfere. SK Dreigoten walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
