Douglas Cortens struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Lucas McKinnon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SK Dreigoten. Lucas McKinnon came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by SK Dreigoten's Loui De Wulf. But to his dismay, Loui De Wulf quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to Cascade Park West getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Werner Patton hit a great ball. Cascade Park West's Lucas McKinnon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Douglas Cortens in the 15th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in SK Dreigoten's zone, Wiley Redd stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicolaas De Cat came out of the goal and Wiley Redd tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Denis Marcus kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Loui De Wulf had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucas McKinnon. Cascade Park West's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Loui De Wulf was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludwig Swin in the 27th minute of play forced Cascade Park West's goalkeeper Lucas McKinnon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Cascade Park West's Adalberto Salter got a free kick in the 27th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Loui De Wulf in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucas McKinnon saved Cascade Park West from getting behind. SK Dreigoten's Nicolaas De Cat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save SK Dreigoten from getting a goal against them. In the 33rd minute, Henri Van Houtvinc ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucas McKinnon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Lucas McKinnon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loui De Wulf in the 36th minute of the match. Denis Marcus charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denis Marcus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Cascade Park West's Denis Marcus got a free kick in the 38th minute. A collision led to Cascade Park West getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Tracy Metcalf hit a great ball. Ewout Valckenaers took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lucas McKinnon. Cascade Park West's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 47th match minute, Cascade Park West was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zachariah McIntosh to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Cascade Park West defense, Loui De Wulf kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucas McKinnon. The Cascade Park West fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucas McKinnon should have stopped the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Loui De Wulf was the one to do the kick off. Werner Patton hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Lucas McKinnon came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by SK Dreigoten's Henri Van Houtvinc. But to his dismay, Henri Van Houtvinc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. A collision led to Cascade Park West getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Wiley Redd hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute, Trevor Schumacher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ludwig Swin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the game, Werner Patton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Nicolaas De Cat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 73 minutes into the game, one of Cascade Park West:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 78 minutes of play, SK Dreigoten's Loui De Wulf made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucas McKinnon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Loui De Wulf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Lucas McKinnon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SK Dreigoten made a substitution. Lionel Maenhout replaced Ludwig Swin. After 87 minutes of play, SK Dreigoten's Lionel Maenhout made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucas McKinnon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leif Engle hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Leif Engle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded SK Dreigoten left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cascade Park West.
