The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Andreas Melberg charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andreas Melberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- booed when FC Snipers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Melberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olov Groth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marius Cucerdean in the 6th minute. Narcis Cozorici showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lukas Moberg in the 12th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Mats Godholm notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Narcis Cozorici. Narcis Cozorici was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ivan Johansson kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Narcis Cozorici took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennart Svensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Narcis Cozorici showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mats Godholm in the 37th minute of the match. A collision led to FC Snipers getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Mats Godholm hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Eugen Butuc made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Narcis Cozorici got control of the ball when Lennart Svensson tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Fabian Marchiș got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute of the match Ingvar Vedholm shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Narcis Cozorici showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lennart Svensson got free with Narcis Cozorici in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Narcis Cozorici stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mats Godholm's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. During the 80th minute of the match Fabian Marchiș completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Fabian Marchiș a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Fabian Marchiș kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. When Petruț Duca fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s protests and gave Petruț Duca a yellow card for diving instead. Petruț Duca hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After 83 played minutes, FC Snipers's Ingvar Vedholm shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Narcis Cozorici came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Snipers reached it. Eugen Butuc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Olov Groth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Snipers's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
