The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the game, SC Bertioga's Marquinhos Meirelles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Enrique Roano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Enrique Roano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marquinhos Meirelles, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 14thth minute of the game Wilson Favoretto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA's Enrique Roano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Enrique Roano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Oliveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 21 minutes into the match, SC Bertioga's goalkeeper Toninho Trancoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonel Polentzi. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Wilson Favoretto sped through INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Enrique Roano. Toninho Trancoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno Sindo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA defense, Wilson Favoretto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enrique Roano. The INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enrique Roano should have stopped the shot. When Wilson Favoretto came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the SC Bertioga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilson Favoretto couldn't finish the play. Enrique Roano came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Bertioga's Donato Oliveira. But to his dismay, Donato Oliveira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 40th minute, Wilson Favoretto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Bertioga fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Wilson Favoretto took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enrique Roano. Enrique Roano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wilson Favoretto made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Celipe to maneuver through the defense. SC Bertioga's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 54th minute of the game, when Wilson Favoretto after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA's goal. Wilson Favoretto was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Enrique Roano came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Bertioga's Wilson Favoretto. But to his dismay, Wilson Favoretto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Thanks to some nice moves Wilson Favoretto could shoot a difficult shot in the 60th minute, which Enrique Roano however easily saved by the left post. After 62 played minutes INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA got a freekick which was hit by Benicio Vincente. A hard shot 65 in the game by Wilson Favoretto from a close distance when the talented Enrique Roano managed to make a qualified save. INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA's players were relieved. Melquiades Rocio kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 77th minute Wilson Favoretto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Roano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 80 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA! Enrique Roano had in the 82ndth minute some difficulties stopping Wilson Favoretto's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Enrique Roano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilson Favoretto went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilson Favoretto got free with Enrique Roano in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA's Enrique Roano got control of the ball when Wilson Favoretto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wilson Favorettos short, quick shot in the 98thth minute got Enrique Roano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 99th minute, Wilson Favoretto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enrique Roano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. The INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SC Bertioga were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
