The tension between the No Me Inscriban Gracias and the Cardiff City FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th minute, Oscar Blai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filomeno Rencio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bruno Teijeiro's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Filomeno Rencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Estevez Gandarillas, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After 16 played minutes Cardiff City FC got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Blai. 22 minutes into the match, No Me Inscriban Gracias's goalkeeper Saritama Villarroel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ermegildo Rico. Cardiff City FC's Filomeno Rencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Teijeiro in the 24th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, Cardiff City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Blai to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the game, No Me Inscriban Gracias's Xepe Videgaray nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filomeno Rencio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Efrain Mark's late challenge caught a No Me Inscriban Gracias's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Estevez Gandarillas made the kick off in the second half. Oscar Blai's late challenge caught a No Me Inscriban Gracias's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oscar Blai helped the player get up and apologised. Oscar Blai hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. When Ermegildo Rico fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cardiff City FC's protests and gave Ermegildo Rico a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of No Me Inscriban Gracias booed when Cardiff City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Rico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saritama Villarroel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efrain Mark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute, Oscar Blai left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cardiff City FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 70th minute, Genaro Mazuelas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd match minute, Cardiff City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Asur to maneuver through the defense. Batista Bordales was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 74th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Federico Frasquito hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, Felipe Salantes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Filomeno Rencio. The goal made the score 2-2. Fabricio Egun kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Despite close surveillance by the defense, Batista Bordales managed to send off a shot that put the ball into the goal to the left of a disappointed goalkeeper. 2-3 in the 94th minute. No Me Inscriban Gracias played a much better game than Cardiff City FC and deserved their victory. The Cardiff City FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
