Spectators: 7860 (Terracing: 5896, Seating: 1808, VIP seats: 156) Rex Morley started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Jérémy Coutier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leroy Broadhurst, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. A collision led to Le Stade Briochin UC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Batiste Talon hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Jack Dyson tried to score from far away in the 8th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Freddy Blond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s zone, Freddy Blond stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andrew Coyle came out of the goal and Freddy Blond tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Freddy Blond did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Andrew Coyle 12 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Le Stade Briochin UC's Mario Rabaud got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 23rd minute, Abraham Hudry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes in the game, Freddy Blond fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Andrew Coyle having to interfere. Freddy Blond sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 31 played minutes Freddy Blond rounded Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Mario Rabaud scored 3-0 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andrew Coyle, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Le Stade Briochin UC booed when Lisburn Distillery F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leroy Broadhurst didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th match minute, Le Stade Briochin UC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Batiste Talon to maneuver through the defense. If Mario Rabaud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Le Stade Briochin UC's Joey Techer was substituted for Thierry Fouassier. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernard Grancher to make the kick off. Freddie Tompkins charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Freddie Tompkins the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Freddie Tompkins kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the game, Freddy Blond was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Le Stade Briochin UC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lisburn Distillery F.C. the free kick. In the 54th minute, Freddy Blond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joey Techer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Andrew Coyle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Leroy Broadhurst got a free kick in the 61st minute. Abraham Hudry hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. When Ozzy Taylor fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s protests and gave Ozzy Taylor a yellow card for diving instead. Ozzy Taylor kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Jack Dyson was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 78 minutes into the match. After 78 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lisburn Distillery F.C.! Andrew Coyle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernard Grancher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd match minute, Lisburn Distillery F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aidan Clark to maneuver through the defense. After 83 played minutes Lisburn Distillery F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Aidan Clark. Andrew Coyle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joey Techer in the 85th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Joey Techer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Le Stade Briochin UC's supporters rose to their feet, but Joey Techer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrew Coyle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Le Stade Briochin UC booed when Lisburn Distillery F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aidan Clark didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute, Ferdinand Nau left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Le Stade Briochin UC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Andrew Coyle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinand Nau in the 93rd minute of play. If Rex Morley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Le Stade Briochin UC's Freddy Blond got a free kick in the 98th minute. Le Stade Briochin UC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Lisburn Distillery F.C. for a fine match.
