Spectators: 7805 (Terracing: 5855, Seating: 1795, VIP seats: 155) After a rather tough play, ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Ekialde Etxeberria got a free kick in the 5th minute. Herbert Dugas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Ricart Gasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Seve Feria fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's protests and gave Seve Feria a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 13 minutes, Joey Techer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Le Stade Briochin UC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joey Techer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ricart Gasso came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Le Stade Briochin UC's Joey Techer. But to his dismay, Joey Techer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Blond in the 26th minute of play forced ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's goalkeeper Ricart Gasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Le Stade Briochin UC booed when ALPUJARRAS LIBRE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arbidel Nadal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Freddy Blond recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thierry Fouassier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Joey Techer came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Le Stade Briochin UC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joey Techer couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joey Techer in the 46th minute of play forced ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's goalkeeper Ricart Gasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sindo Fernandez to make the kick off. Ricart Gasso was a little too slow when Herbert Dugas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-2. Jérémy Coutier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sindo Fernandez in the 71st minute of play. With an all-out effort, Le Stade Briochin UC's Ricart Gasso threw himself towards the right post 75 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Freddy Blond, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 79 played minutes Le Stade Briochin UC got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Blond. In the 81st minute, Seve Feria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ricart Gasso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Freddy Blond in the 82nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Bernard Grancher kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ricart Gasso. That made the score 0-3 in the 83 minute of play. In the 88th match minute, ALPUJARRAS LIBRE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iyan Sainz to maneuver through the defense. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
