The Deportivo ScrugenFC fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Deportivo ScrugenFC's Marcial Mazule looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Jonasson to make the kick off. Tomas Jonasson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tiago Freixes firmly grabbed it by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Johannes Viberg during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Javiar Jordan quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jerry Lund, made in the 69th minute of the game. Javiar Jordan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Bengt-Rune Glanselius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was beautiful to see Juoksengi's Jerry Lund in action when he in the 90th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Despite being the better team, Juoksengi failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
