Spectators: 7652 (Terracing: 5741, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 152) Edmondo De Lorenzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gazi Gencer having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Stefano in the 8th minute of play forced FC Montana's goalkeeper Gazi Gencer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gazi Gencer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmondo De Lorenzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Montesacro FC's Beppe Cannavacciuolo got control of the ball when Anıl Arda Zeren tried to sneak it across the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Montesacro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Atakan Cebir came free, but Beppe Cannavacciuolo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Ferruccio Domenici shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gazi Gencer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Montana's İstemihan Kumanbay got a free kick in the 17th minute. After 20th play minutes Edmondo De Lorenzi shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Gazi Gencer and just under the crossbar into goal. With a little luck, Montesacro FC's Beppe Cannavacciuolo got control of the ball when Atakan Cebir tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ciro Di Martino's late challenge caught a FC Montana's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciro Di Martino helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC Montana booed when Montesacro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Di Martino didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Montesacro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Atakan Cebir came free, but Beppe Cannavacciuolo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beppe Cannavacciuolo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şehzade Ulaç, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Ferruccio Domenici scored 0-2 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gazi Gencer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 38th minute, Atakan Cebir reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Beppe Cannavacciuolo. The goal made the score 1-2. Gazi Gencer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Stumpo in the 45th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Ciro Di Martino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gazi Gencer was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Demetrio Flammini during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 55th match minute, Montesacro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Demetrio Flammini to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes into the match, Ferruccio Domenici dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gazi Gencer, 1-5. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Ferruccio Domenici took a quick shot and it went in 1-6 without a chance for Gazi Gencer to make any attempt to save it. In the 68th minute, Anıl Arda Zeren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ciro Di Martino kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Beppe Cannavacciuolo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anıl Arda Zeren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Beppe Cannavacciuolo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Süruri Ethem went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-6 was the resulting score. In the 78th minute, Montesacro FC's Ferruccio Domenici ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gazi Gencer. Gazi Gencer yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-7. After 85 played minutes Montesacro FC got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Valcareggi. 88 minutes into the match, FC Montana's goalkeeper Gazi Gencer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ferruccio Domenici. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atakan Cebir in the 96th minute of play forced Montesacro FC's goalkeeper Beppe Cannavacciuolo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Montesacro FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
